At Baby Yoga Adventures, your happiness and satisfaction is our top priority. We handle each query on an individual basis to ensure that we give you the best response. We hope that you love our Sensory Box as much as we do. However, if you are not satisfied with your goods we will happily offer you a refund.
In order for you to receive a full refund, please follow our returns procedure below:
1. You must contact us via email on hello@babyyogaadventures.com to let us know that you wish to request a refund or replacement of a specific item. This must be done within 14 days of receiving your items.
2. We will send you a returns form via email, which you will need to print out, complete, and include within your return package.
3. Post your return items back to us. This must be done within 14 days of you receiving our returns form email. Items must be inside their original packaging and in an unused condition. You are responsible for any return delivery fees. We recommend that you send the items via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
4. Refunds will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the item. This will be completed once the returned product is received by us. Please note that we do not refund delivery fees, or return delivery fees.
First time exchanges will be sent free of charge. For any further exchanges you will be required to cover the additional shipping fees.
